Assign a Container to an Account and a Location

An Account can encompass multiple locations and contacts, allowing for the distribution of containers across different areas within the account. This article shows how to assign a container to an Account and Location.

 

Click Here to create an Account.

Upon logging into the platform, you will be automatically taken to the Collections module. Otherwise, navigate to the Collections module located on the top left-hand side of the screen. 

  • Click on the Search ( ) icon located on the top right hand-side of the Map View. Search for a container using one of the following,
    • Asset 
    • Sensor Serial Number
    • Asset Serial Number
    • Location ID
    • Streets/Location
  • The map will centre to this container location. Click on the Container icon to view Container data.

  • On the Container Map & Data tab on the pop-up screen located on the right-hand side, scroll down to find Account and Location. 

  • Click on the dropdown arrow beside Account to add asset to a vendor.
  • Click on the dropdown arrow beside Location to add asset to a store.

  • Click Save
