Personalise your account by adding or changing a Company Logo and Cover Image that align with your brand. This article shows how to add or change a Company Logo and Cover Image to your account.
To Upload Your Logo
- Log into your Superfy Account
Upon logging into the platform, you will be automatically taken to the Collections module. Otherwise, navigate to the Collections module located on the top left-hand side of the screen.
- Click on the Settings icon located on the top right-hand side of the screen
- Select Company Information from the listed menu.
- Click on the Profile option located at the top of the Company Information pop-up screen.
- Select Click to Browse on the Company Logo to upload your logo.
- To display your logo on downloaded reports, simply select the Click to Browse on the Company Report Logo field to upload your logo.
Please ensure that a logo is added to the Company Report Logo in order for any scheduled Alerts and Notifications to be successfully sent to your Email, SMS, Superfy Mobile Application, or Platform..
- Click Save.
Please note preferred image size should be 1500x2000 pixels (maximum 50MB).
To upload Your Cover Image
- Click on the Cover Image option located at the top of the Company Information pop-up screen.
- Click on Drop Files To Upload and select the image you want to use.
The dashboard image should have a minimum size of 2000 x 1400 pixels to avoid pixilation.
