Alerts can be configured through the Alerts menu or the Settings menu in the Fleet Module. This article explains how to add new alerts and choose how they are received—via the platform, SMS, or email.
How does the 'Alerts' menu work?
The Alerts menu of our platform allows you to set up notifications for various activities, organized into different categories. These alerts help you stay informed about key events in real time, such as overspeeding, idling, or engine power status. You will find Alerts menu on the side panel of the Platform under icon .
The types of alerts you can use depend on your access rights, system configuration, and installed devices.
