REQUESTING ACCESS
- To gain access to the Superfy Knowledge Base, you need to be one of the following:

- Customer
- Partner
- Reseller

- You will then be automatically added to the appropriate Access List either during or on completion of the onboarding process.
- Alternatively you can send an email to support@superfy.com or your customer success manager to request access.
LOGGING INTO THE SUPERFY KNOWLEDGE BASE
- You will receive an Email from noreply@superfy.com with a link to create your password.
- Log into your Email.
- Click on Create Password.
- Enter your Password.
- Re-enter your Password.
Please ensure that your password is at least 8 characters long.
- Click Save Password.
- Once your account is successfully set up, use Superfy Knowledge Base to access the knowledge base going forward.
