Get Access to the Superfy Knowledge Base

 

REQUESTING ACCESS

  • To gain access to the Superfy Knowledge Base, you need to be one of the following:
      • Customer
      • Partner
      • Reseller
  • You will then be automatically added to the appropriate Access List either during or on completion of the onboarding process. 
  • Alternatively you can send an email to support@superfy.com or your customer success manager to request access.

LOGGING INTO THE SUPERFY KNOWLEDGE BASE

  • You will receive an Email from noreply@superfy.com with a link to create your password. 
  • Log into your Email. 
  • Click on Create Password
  • Enter your Password.
  • Re-enter your Password.

Please ensure that your password is at least 8 characters long.

  • Click Save Password.

  • Once your account is successfully set up, use Superfy Knowledge Base to access the knowledge base going forward.
