How to View or Change the Container Type for a Container

A Container Type on the platform refers to a particular type of bin. It is used to differentiate the different type of containers that you may have within your organisation.

 

  • Use the Search Bar to find the container by name.

  • Click on the Container in the map view.

  • Navigate to Container Details in the container information panel on the right-hand side of the screen.

  • Under the Container Type field, you'll see the current type assigned to the container. To update it, simply click the drop-down menu and select the appropriate container type.

  • Click Save to apply the changes.

  • On the pop-up message click Save again to apply the changes.
