Scan the QR code on a container or location to request a collection, order more containers, or report issues like overflow or damage. This article explains how to submit a request using the QR code.
- Scan the QR code on the container or location using your phone’s camera.
- Point the camera at the QR Code on the container.
- Wait for and Click the link that pops up and follow the prompt relative to your request
- Select the appropriate request, from the Options provided.
- Take a Photo showcasing the current state of the container or location.
- Enter your preferred Collection Date and Time
- Enter your Email Address to get updates on your status of your request.
- Enter any additional Comments regarding the condition of the container or location.
- Click on the Submit button to send your request.
- The below message will pop-up once your request has been successfully submitted.
Once a request has been submitted for a container or location, no additional requests can be made until the initial request has been fully processed.
The request portal can be customized to suit your brand and specific needs.
