Management of Location Collection Requests with DHL Integration.

The Collection Requests feature lets users view all incoming location-based collection and delivery requests in real time. This article explains how to efficiently manage and process these requests using the DHL integration.

  • Log into your Superfy Account
  • From the Collections submenu, select Collection Requests to view all current requests.

On the Collection Requests main page, you are provided with a brief overview of all requests, which includes:

  • Account –click on this to be taken to the Account details page

  • Location –click on this to be take to the Location detail page

  • Request Type –Delivery or Collection

  • Additional Notes - hover your mouse over the Notes () icon to view them.

  • Date and Time - the request was made — the most recent requests appear at the top of the list.

  • Container Details
  • Statuses of each request:

    • Pending – requests that have not yet been processed

    • Approved – requests that have been approved

    • Scheduled – requests that have been scheduled for collection or delivery

    • Done – completed requests

    • Declined – requests that have been declined

Please note that customers are automatically notified when a request is moved to the Scheduled status.

  • Click on the View button to review the request in detail and process it accordingly. 

You can also either click on the Collect or Decline button on the main page to quickly process the request.

Customers are not required to upload a photo when making a delivery request. However, adding a photo is optional for all collection requests, and it will appear on the request details page depending on the type of request submitted.

  • Once you have reviewed the request details, click the Collect button in the top-right corner to process the collection or delivery request. 

  • A summary of the request will appear in a pop-up screen. You can change the collection or delivery date by clicking the Pencil icon highlighted below.

  • For a Delivery request, the Shipping Label, Tracking Link, Shipping ID, Status, and Container details are automatically populated, with the information pulled directly from DHL via the API integration.

  • Click the Download button next to the PDF documents to save it to your computer.

To export the Collection Requests list, click the Excel icon at the top-right corner of the screen.
