Sensor Information lists all sensors assigned to your account and their current allocation status. This article shows you how to view all sensors assigned to your account.
- Log into your Superfy Account
Don’t have a login?
Please reach out to your Company Admin, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or email support@superfy.com. They will be able to assist you in creating a login for your account.
Upon logging into the platform, you will be automatically taken to the Collections module. Otherwise, navigate to the Collections module located on the top left-hand side of the screen.
- Click on the Reports option from the left-hand side menu, then choose Sensor Information from the dropdown list.
- On the pop-up screen, you will be presented with a list of all sensors assigned to your account.
- Use the Filter Status field to filter by either,
- All
- Currently Allocated – sensors that are already Assigned/Allocated to a container
- Currently Not Allocated – sensors that are Not Allocated to a container
- Use the Search field to search for a specific sensor of your choice
Click the Search button if using the above filters.
You can search by the Sensor Serial Number or Device ID
