Sensor Information

Sensor Information lists all sensors assigned to your account and their current allocation status. This article shows you how to view all sensors assigned to your account.

 

Don’t have a login? 
Please reach out to your Company Admin, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or email support@superfy.com. They will be able to assist you in creating a login for your account.

Upon logging into the platform, you will be automatically taken to the Collections module. Otherwise, navigate to the Collections module located on the top left-hand side of the screen. 

  • Click on the Reports option from the left-hand side menu, then choose Sensor Information from the dropdown list.

  • On the pop-up screen, you will be presented with a list of all sensors assigned to your account. 
  • Use the Filter Status field to filter by either,
    • All
    • Currently Allocated  – sensors that are already Assigned/Allocated to a container
    • Currently Not Allocated  – sensors that are Not Allocated to a container 
  • Use the Search field to search for a specific sensor of your choice

Click the Search button if using the above filters. 

You can search by the Sensor Serial Number or Device ID
