RMA Process

All Superfy Fill Level Sensor has a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment of the Hardware to Customer during which Customer may perform Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This article provides a step-by-step guide on the RMA procedure.

For products that are not covered under warranty, whether they are out 
of warranty or have subsequent defects, applicable charges for parts and 
services will apply. We recommend that customers consider the delivery 
costs before sending items for repair.
