Superfy Mini: Mandatory Device Configuration Settings.

This article provides the required configuration settings for the Superfy Mini. If you are troubleshooting a connectivity issue, we recommend first verifying that these configuration settings are correctly applied to your device.

⚠️ Important: If any required configurations are missing on your device, please contact the Superfy Support Team  at support@superfy.com.

Before You Begin

  1. Download the ToolBox App – required to turn on and manage the Superfy Mini.

  2. Enable NFC in your smartphone’s settings.
  • Open the ToolBox App and place the Superfy Mini near your smartphone’s NFC area





  • Tap the NFC icon at the bottom of the Toolbox App screen to scan the device.

 

Ensure the Superfy Mini is held steadily against the NFC area for a successful scan.

  • Once scanned, tap on the Settings option

  • Check that the settings shown in the image below are correctly applied under Device General Settings.

  • Check that the settings shown in the image below are correctly applied under the Device Application Mode Settings

⚠️ Important: The following values can only be provided by Superfy:

  • Server Address
  • CA File
  • Client Certificate
  • Client Key

If any of these are missing, please contact support@superfy.com.

  • Check that the settings shown in the image below are correctly applied under the Network Settings if using 1NCE SIM

  • These settings only apply to the 1NCE SIM card (normally included with your device).

  • If the SIM has been replaced with another provider, these settings will not work and you must notify Superfy.
