Version 2.3 - Superfy Release Notes

Superfy 2.3 offers users significant enhancements within the platform, based off interaction and engagement with our customer base. Notable changes include an improved approach to the CRM module and an overall enhancement to both platform and app.

This release is scheduled for the 1st of May, 2025.

The following enhancements have been made for Superfy 2.3:

CRM	Services	New!	Now you can create and manage the services you provide to your customers. Build your own services and apply them to customer locations. Automatic Calculation of Billing report.
CRM	Accounts/Locations	Enhancement	Improve your customer accounts with new features of payments and billing alongside the ability to add services. Users can now build custom fields for payment information. Users can now create a container directly through the CRM module.
Superfy Track	Overall	Enhancement	An upgrade to the UI of the Superfy Track module, providing a look and feel of increased consistency across the platform.
Superfy Collections	Scheduling	New!	The ability to create a schedule directly from the Scheduling menu, without necessarily requiring a route.
App	Overall	New!	Improved overall design and layout of the app with a new UI. The ability to collect a container directly from the map. Sensor data is quicker and more accessible.
Reported Bugs	All	Fixes	Your feedback is essential to us. We've addressed all issues and bugs reported by both customers and our internal teams in this update.
