Adding a Driver to a Depot

For a schedule to be visible to a driver in the Superfy app, the driver must be assigned either to the schedule itself or to a depot associated with the schedule’s start or end location

  • Log into your Superfy Account
  • Navigate to the CRM menu located on the left-hand side of the screen

  • In the CRM submenu, select Locations.

  • Click the View button beside the Location you want to set as a depot. 

  • At the top-right of the screen, click Mark as Depot and select Confirm. 

Make sure the location has an address, especially if it will be used as the start or end point of a schedule or route.

How to Add a Driver to a Depot

  • Click the Settings cog at the top-right of the screen, then select Users and Roles.

  • Use the Search Bar to find the driver, then click on their name.

  • Click Location Depots and select the depot you’d like to add the driver to.Click on the Location Depots to select the Depot you'll like to add the driver to. 

  • Click Save

A driver must be added to the account before they can be assigned to a depot. Once the driver is created, follow the steps above to add them to a depot.
