How to Change Fill Height and Gap on the Superfy App for a Connected Container
The article below explains how to update the Fill Height and Fill Gap for a connected container in the Superfy App. As part of the installation process, it’s important to ensure that the values entered for Fill Height and Fill Gap are correct.
If you’re installing a sensor on site and notice inaccuracies in the Fill Level readings, we recommend double-checking the Fill Height and Fill Gap values entered as part of your troubleshooting process, and updating them if necessary.
Once the measurements have been updated, we also suggest performing a manual reading to confirm that the new values are correct.
-
For Superfy Mini, perform a manual reading by turning the device off and then back on.
Make sure the sensor is installed in the optimal position and is aimed directly at the center bottom of the container for the most accurate readings.
