G2 Fill Level Sensor and SideWall Bracket
Tools Required
Step 1
Determine the best location for installing the sensor within the bin. For a 1100-liter bin, it is advisable to position the sensor at the center of the back wall for an optimal angle.
Step 2
Place the bracket with the mounted sensor at the center of the back wall of the bin. Use a marker to clearly mark the four locations for the screws to secure the sensor.
Step 3
Carefully drill four holes at the marked locations using Drill and and the appropriate Drill Bit.
Step 4
Align the bracket’s holes with the drilled points on the wall. Using an appropriate Philips head screwdriver and a wrench, securely tighten the bolts and nuts. Double-check that the bracket is properly secured.
Step 5
Take the Fill Height and the Fill Gap Measurement using a measuring tape or a Laser if available.
Step 6
Allocate the Sensor to the container using the Superfy App and Turn ON the G2 Fill Level Sensor.
Step 7
Perform a Manual Reading to confirm that the sensor is accurately measuring the bin's fill level.
