This article shows how to Deactivate or Delete a User's access to the platform.
Only a person with Admin rights can add, deactivate or delete a user on the platform.
- Log into your Superfy Account
- Click on the 'Hamburger' Menu located on the top left-hand side of the screen
- Click Users & Roles from the listed menus
- On the pop-up screen, utilize the Search Bar to locate the specific user you wish to deactivate
- Click on the user's Name
- On the Status field, slide the the bar to deactivate the user. Status will now show as Not Active.
To reactivate a deactivated user follow the steps above and change their status to ACTIVE..
- Click Save
Alternatively, you can permanently Delete a user by clicking on the bin icon beside the user profile.
